It covers how individuals and businesses can become unwitting participants in illegal activities, such as drug smuggling, trafficking of counterfeit goods, or restricted items, without realising it. Participants will learn how to identify red flags, the importance of due diligence in supply chains, and the legal consequences of failing to comply with UK laws and regulations. The course aims to raise awareness, promote vigilance, and provide strategies to prevent becoming an inadvertent accomplice to illegal trade.
